Special weapon factory in Ringo Moon (or 1 sector away from it, not 100% sure of the location)

maybe a bit overpriced if low on production :frown:

yeah CBSE is a very important sector to me mainly because of the presence of the 25 Mj shield factory and the special weapons factory so i always keep it well suplied
