Whatever happened to the TRACKER mine??????

If you look through your game manuel you will see that there's a mine called the TRACKER mine. It supposed to slowly fly towards it's victim once engaged.

So, where can I get one? That is, if it's still in the game.

I'm afraid this never made it in the game.
