Finding the System Overide Software Scrambler

[bI've looked high and low for ]System Overide Software Scrambler to no avail. I've read the previous posts about this concerning Company Pride and CEO's Buckzoid, even to placing an Advanced Satellite there to see if and when it's available. Any help would be very appreciated. [/b]

As far as I can tell (and as stated in the patch readme) it's only available at the pirate bases BBS. I used a fast ship to jump from base to base and check the BBS, eventually it came up. But just in case I also included the System Override Software in my ships inventory thinking that this may be a trigger (just a guess on my part).

This is wht I do:

Turn on autosave.
Land at a pirate station:
If the scrambler is not available, just reload from the autosave
Rinse repeat
