Hurricane Missile factory

I have found a factory that produces hurricane missiles in split space (After a DSN report in the BBS).The DSN started with the bonus pack so i have a question:

Does the bonus pack add the capability to build you own hurricane missile factory or its just this factory.

No, it doesn't. You need Jakesnake5's Yaki script to get a disruptor or hurricane fab.

Which sector was it in? I know it's unlikely to be in the same place if it exists at all in my game, but just out of curiosity...
