Software Signature Scrambler: Can be bought multiple times?

This 'ware', is it in the Bonus Pack or a separate script? I have bought it, and noticed that I can buy it again, and again. Each time it costs me over 9 million, and it still shos in the freight bay 1 time...

PS. Of course I reloaded...
