When will avarice become available to bid on?

Is there a something i am missing? or is avarice on a time control, after a certain period in the game it becomes available? because i've completed the bala gi missions and got my HQ, i've put it in the wall, but i'd like to take control of avarice, and have my base of ops there.

Also, can i move my HQ from the wall and put it in there?


If you can't, that would be a usefull mod wouldn't it? hint hint......

You can't tow stations between sectors so this won't work.

Avarice auction starts around game day 5 IIRC and lasts at least 5 days.

to be honest, i didn't expect that would work, the station is a bit too big to go through the gate...
