Where Can I Buy/capture Concussion Impulse Generators ?
i know it's a stupid question but can someone help me please??

You can't buy them they can only be found or picked up as booty.
Occasionally targets in assassination missions drop them as do pirates even xenon if my memory isn't faulty. Best bet is to go pirate hunting but it is pretty random! Murphys law applies when you want a thing you get everything else first! Persistence is the key to unlocking your desires in X3, persistence and patience.
