Is there any mods that reduce PPC lag?
I just want a mod that only reduces PPC lag. Nothing else. I just want to have capital ship battles.

What I did (dont use it anymore since upgrading my rig):
-Use the ModManager extract TBullets from the most recent .cat file it appears in (in your games root folder),
-Use the X3 Editor to edit the PPC (and in my case HEPT) bullets to have half the lifetime but double the speed. Even tried quarter lifetime and quadruple speed for extra FPS gain. This is the best way IMO since I figured it wouldnt affect OOS calculations.
-Make a new mod with ModManager and add altered TBullets to it.
-Save as one higher than highest numbered .cat/.dat file.
-Now have your own fake patch that will allow huge space battles.
If thats too much hassle, I know Rogueys mod reduces the fire rate of PPCs whilst doubling the damage, to increase FPS. This will work and depending on point of wiew is perhaps more realistic, but will likely also affect OOS battles.
