Avarice?

From what I've read on the forums the bid for Avarice on day 11? would be at 615 million and will hold that value till day 20 right?

So even then if i had only 700 million on Day 20 would i be able to bid for it and still be able to follow the course of the bid till the 1.5 billion end bid? Even if i didnt have 1.5 billion on day say 21? or would it hit 1.5 billion right after i bid for it on day 20?

Erm does anyone know the answer to this? Sorry if I seem impatience here but I'm on my 9th day now and I'm kinda afraid to move forward, but kinda want to continue with the game.

Every game is not same, they could end it (Someone buy and won before you do) any time after 10 days, mostlly happan 25 day (I think) as many said, so no one know, it's could happan anytime bewteen 10 day to 25 day ingame.

I dont think every game is the same... and there seem to be random elements in the timings too... best to try to bid as soon as you are able to, if that is possible...

615 mil is just the point at which YOU can join the bidding...it won't necessarily hold price there. I watched my auction climb from there up to nearly 900 mil before BurnIt finally won the auction.

Yeah, it just makes for a goal, one that adds an element of time pressure to the game. I'm trying for it too, though it's wearing me down a little. I feel like everything I do has to produce profit in sme way. I'm at day 9 and I have the invite to bid 615M, of which I have a bit over half. I'm not sure if I'll succeed, but if I don't I'll have lots of credits to put towards a different pursuit.

I just got Avarice last night (Kept the name seeing that only reason why I would spend 825 Million on it is because of me being a greedy SOB).

I can't really figure out a use for the sector though. I don't want to put my PHQ there because I rather have it next to a station that provides Jumpdrives.

I think I may put a equipment dock in the middle of avarice and surround it by what I think the PHQ will need to supply the ships it makes. AHEPTS, BHEPTS, 1G Shields, 25M Shields, GPPC, BFAA, AFAA. That should make it possible for me to make an armada of LXs and Pythons : ).
