Starburst in X3

Please can someone tell me exactly where to find a Starburst ship that I can claim. Someone mentioned 'Freedom's Reach', but I have travelled all over without being able to find one.

Enter Freedoms Reach, pull an immediate 90 degree turn upwards as you come through the gate. ship is about 40km above the gate.
