Lottery tickets

Just wondering if anyone has actually won the lottery yet? I keep buying the tickets but no joy yet.

You can win some prizes with the lottery, ranging from credits to ships.I have won a few times but no one has ever got the first prize (as far as i know)...

AFAIK the lottery is unwinable. Cycrows BBS Extras script does give you a winnable lottery though where you can win credits or ships.

Yep, I won my first prize on it just a few days ago. I buy the tickets whenever I see them, must have bought a few dozen so far. I docked at a station and got a message that 5 numbers (I think) had come up, and I had won approx 750,000 credits :) Quite nice, certainly more than I spent on tickets so far.

Thx Moggy2 I didn't know that.

Why don't the readme files say anything about this? I'm starting to wonder just what else 2.0 has changed that I don't know about because its not documented, so far I've been told about the lottery and the God Engine not killing my ships. Is there some sort of list of the undocumented changes anywhere?
