small problem after XI mission

I just finished XI mission and I have small problem. during fight with J and K I shoot a station few times and it turned hostile. is there any way to make it friendly again? there's no comm option to say it was accident.

Find a friendly Capital ship in the sector, comm it, and say your sorry for friendly fire offense. That usually takes care of the problem.

If all dosnt goes to plan then you should goto the nearest pirate station and try an hack the station.
