Hi all. Can anyone tell me if the AI will buy this Laser from me. I was thinking of building a C I G Forge into my complex. I know that there arn`t any docks that will buy or sell them but i was wondering if AI`s ships might pop into my complex to purchase them. I also want them to arm up a few of my patrols. Thanks for any tips.

Erm! I thought you could only find CIG crates in certain sectors within vanilla

also there are occasional CIG-drops from the capital ships in assassination missions. in my personal opinion, despite their enormous range, CIGs are worthy only for selling (any ED is eager to buy them for about 300k). however, i am not aware of any shipyard, selling CIG forges.

Having laboriously waded my way through all the factory types in the game recently (don't ask) I can confirm beyond the shadow of a doubt that CIG factories do not exist in vanilla.
