It's a UFO/ Flying Saucer. You can purchase one from the Thargoid shipyard in their home system of Miakce. They cost 800 trillion credits.

It's also possible that most of that is untrue and it's just a little well known Easter egg that Egosoft included in the game.

It's a UFO. And sure you can get one, you just need to follow it all the way to the Spacefly Queen's lair deep behind an asteroid field in the Xenon sector north of Getsu Fune. She'll sell you one, for the right price.

At least, that's what my MoM says.
