Starburst...

I've seen a map that shows Free ship's coordinates and got 6, but Starburst is listed as a free ship and when i scan it, its says some other pilot is piloting it, so i cant claim it, and whenn i shoot the ship the pilot wont eject.Any ideas?
PS:Im on 2.5 version

You're most likely trying to claim the wrong Starburst (there are a bunch of NPC racing ships in that sector as well, at least for plot games) - double-check the co-ordinates.
