Ts as wingmen?

Hello all,

I was wondering if u can get TS's as wing men? I want one to follow me and be used as a mobile storage ship. I gave it the follow me command but it follows me for a while then it just loses the command and sits there. It gets old after like 6 times lol. is there a script or anything that adds TS as wing men or any other suggestions on fixing this or any other ideas are welcome.

Setting wingman status on any ship is just 1 script line.
2 if you want to assign your current cockpit target.

Just a note:
Setting a ship as "wingman" does not make it follow anything. It just makes that ship receive the two hotkeys, and adds the "wingmen" as broadcast target (if they are in same environment.

ok hmm so if i just say follow me it should keep following me? I do this and it just follows me for a while and then quits. Is there any way to just keep it following me?

Quits? Where and when? "Follow" is a command that should not quit unless explicitly told to.


Members of GMS (Group Management System) group restart following (protect, actually) whenever they no longer have a command, but having GMS on your ship is not necessarily fun.
