[X3TC 1.2] Phantom missile supply problem

Hi, I just got a terran Claymore and I was fitting it when i realized that it only could use Phantom missiles, so traveled through all the terran sectors (even earth) and I couldn't find any Phantom factory and all the Stations that sell them are out of stock.

So a business man would know that it would be a good idea to buy a Phantom factory and take advantage of the lack of it, but.. terran shipyards don't sell any station.

Is this possible?? am I missing something? did they forgot to put a Phantom factory??

beside that and a little problem with the Earth sector I'm having fun with x3 TC
