Where are Flak Artillery Arrays?

I've mapped pretty much everything now and I haven't found a single equipment dock or factory selling these nor a shipyard that would sell the factory. Note that I'm not talking about Cluster Flak Arrays.

Do these even exist? I'm starting to think this is just another bug among millions...

Heavy weapon factories in teladi space. I got most of mine from seizewell. forgot the other places but any of the Heavy Weapon complexes will sell them.

According to my encylopedia, the Heavy Weapons complex in PTNI HQ has them.

Thanks, gonna go look for them later. Too bad that doesn't sound like something player can build, was hoping to possibly mass produce them if they are good.

PTNI HQ also sells the factory (the FAA forge, not the complex).

Complex just means 2 factories put together :D u can build them. i have a HEPT/PRG complex in argon prime, making me ALOT of money :D and all i have is two busters selling the weapons :)

In my game there are factories in PTNI hq, Two Grand, Homily Perpetuity, Spaceweed Grove and The Vault.

In my game there are two fabs for those in Akeela's Beacon and one (usually better stocked with materials) in Ore Belt.

I found the FAA fabs in PTNI headqarters, for some reason they didn't show in my encyclopedia. Got a complex with 3 FAA fabs running now.

I don't even have an encyclopedia entry for these, and I've been looking for some for my Elephant. I'll double check the sectors mentioned, but I'm sure I didn't see any factories before.
