X3:TC Missile Defence Mosquito does it exist?

I have read in another thread that MDM exists in TC, but I have been unable to figure out how to use it. So the question is does it exist and if so how do I use it? I give all my ships fight mk1/2 and the ones I fly personally have no commands for MDM, I've given them some mozzies and still have no commands. In case it was automatic I equipped one of my ships (a Mamba, no turrets) with fight mk1/2and some mozzies and flew it around till I got some Xenons to fight, 30 secs into the fight I got missile spammed and not one mozzy was fired in defence. What am I doing wrong?

As far as I know, it doesn't exist for TC (yet, anyway).

Thx Woundweaver. Its not exactly MDM but it'll do till we get MDM back.
