X3:TC Repair Lasers

I dunno if this has been raised before.........
But can you buy repair lasers in X3TC?
Maybe the Goner? As they are good willed give peace a chance kind of guys?
I have seen a slot for them on a few ships in X3 and thought maybe they were sold somewhere, or is it only the space suit repair laser that is available?
If so then i would advise most people to invest in a zippo lighter as they seem to be custom made for holding the Ctrl key down to repair damaged ships, while you can invest your quality time in catching up on old movies and stuff!:)
