special facility in maelstrom

i downloaded a map for X3TC and it shows Maelstrom as having a special facility in it. is this true and if so where is it?

There is a Plasma Burst Generator forge there in my current save. Those are a little rare so that is probably what the map is referring to.

Yes it's true. Somewhere around 0,0,30 if I recall right. A mission I took for pirates placed it on the map.
