[TC] Ion Shared railgun or Pulsed Beam emitter?

So im loading up my tiger with weapons but what should I load her up with? Im looking at the Ion gun because of the fantastic range!!!! But what have you done with yours?

PBEs would be utterly useless on a ship as large as the Tiger--they only have a range of 977m, or something like that, so they'd barely be able to fire from one side of the ship to the other! ISRs are good but absolutely drink energy. Are those really the only two options for guns on a Tiger? I'm sure there must be better choices...

Phased repeater gun
phased array laser cannon
Flak Artillery array

I stripped my Tiger and sent it back to Family Njy Shipyard, but before that it had IBL front and FLAK everywhere else.

It wasn't bad... it was just redundant, considering I already had a Panther which was far more useful to me (front turret vs. main guns didn't bother me).

Well you say that BUT I have checked all the stations in terran and they all have lasers in stock for it so not a problem!!!!!

Yokahama isn't hard to equip. M/AM launchers + Ammo are common in terran sectors. Just need 4x SSCs + 4x EMPCs and she is armed.

I Wish the Yokahama could mount ten guns in the main array. Only thing that keeps it from being a great M7.
