[REQ] SETA when docked at a station??
Is it possible to edit the game to allow to use SETA while your ship is docked at a station?
Corsair 400c // Intel i7 8700k // H100i v2 // ASUS Maximus X Code // ASUS 1080ti Strix OC // 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz // Samsung 960 Evo 250GB // 960GB SanDisk Ultra II // Corsair RM850i
Ok just to clarify one thing, i've been looking at some other threads and i'm after getting confused.
When someone says something is hard coded does that mean it can't be changed at all, or it just can't be changed with a script??
If it's a file that needs modifying than i can do that, but which file.

Yeah but this is for early in the game, i usually hide in a crevice of a station, like a Terran station or whatever.
I wish TC still had the asteroids from X2 that had tunnels going through them, they were perfect to hid in.
Also having SETA on stations would be handy if your waiting for another one of your ships to dock at the station. Or if your waiting for the station to produce something, so you can buy it before an NPC does
As for SETA-ing in the open with a small ship, you could always load that ship up with energy cells and a jumpdrive, turn on emergency jump and set the shield threshold to 99%. Than as soon as you get hit the ship will automatically jump out. I think the emergency jump feature is only on freighters and big ships though, but its still cheaper than buying an M2.
