Hi what is the factory that makes IBL and where are they most likely found?

Incendiary Bomb Launcher Forge is the factory that makes them and you can buy them from a few pirate sectors

One is in LooMan's Legacy until the Boron/paranid decide to blow it up.
And there are two of them in Weaver's Tempest but you need excellent rep with the Yaki to buy there.

I got a bit fed up with the Yaki and cleared out weavers Tempest and guess what! The ones in Weavers Tempest don't respawn too. DOH!
