Ion Disruptor forge for sale?

Im assuming the boron are the ones who sell the ID forges (if at all) but i havent seen any yet. the only boron shipyards im aware of are in Kingdom End, lucky planets, and ocean of fantasy.

am i just missing a shipyard or are the ID forges not for sale?

Im currently compiling a list of stations, where to get them, price, and rank required should be done within a week (started over so I could get the rank)
