Is there a sector for auction in X3TC like avarice in Reunion?

If so, where and when?

Sorta wish there was since a plex can only hold 2bil DESPITE the fact it's linked to 100 fac's and I'm pulling in huge lumps of cash (both from missions and my plexes that sell product) and running out of places to stash it. Suppose I could start buying a war fleet or building a weapon/shield plex that I've been meaning to do.

Not for Auction, but the Hub requires similar amounts of money,
