ATF Earth Access ranking.

I've completed all the story missions, etc, and am highest rank for all - except "ATF Earth Access" where my rank is still at 0%. I've docked at Earth quite a few times and done the odd mission for them. What does "ATF Earth Access" mean ? and how do you get this ranking to increase ?? Thanks for any help.

It means exactly what it says, namely that you are allowed to enter the Earth sector. I think this is as high as you can get with the ATF rank.

ATF rank goes up to Command Access, but I think that's only possible through scripting the reputation in. ATF shipyard script, take a look at that.
