[TC] Disruptor Missiles - where do I find them?

OTAS wants me to bring them 16 Disruptor Missiles.

Any idea where I could get that many?

You could always use Scorp's map program to find a Disruptor fab. I wouldn't know where to find one, personally.

I have the whole universe mapped already. And except random drops I've never seen Disruptor Missile factory. They promised to fix corporate missions!

Well, whatever, sucks to be me, I will cancel the mission and hope next one will be sane.

You can get Disruptor missiles as loot from Yaki ships.

...You expected it to be easy? OTAS make you work!

There are no Disruptor Missile fac's anywhere in the X universe. Drops from destroyed ships or capped/bailed ships are the only way to get them.

Another OTAS mission and I get Unknown Message ID instead of Mission Complete.

That's SO disappointing.

Actually I believe the best way to acquire Disruptor missiles is to attack the Pirate Frieghter convoy (1 Pirate ship + 4/5 escorts). The escorts seem to drop Disruptors most of the time.

I have a mammoth on supply dump duty, storing all missile drops, just to be ready for those missions. Now they are much easier to complete. At least you can hunt the missiles down before accepting the mission.

My favorite is when I get 5 minutes to get to solar plant m-beta in Akeelas Beacon and back to OTAS HQ... "hard" doesnt quite describe it, hehe. I hate to see what the mission timer on that is for "Very Hard'!!

OTAS missions seem broken to me.

I get 5% of reputation (yes, FIVE PERCENT) per each one and I'm still only "Contracted". I imagine to get Venti I would have to do like two hundred of them.

Does reputation gain from them raise along with my rank? If not, I think I will abandon that plot for good.
