Where do you buy Tractor Beams at?

I have never found a station that sells Tractor Beams and now i need one and i have no idea where to look :(

I built my own factory, it seemed simpler. Plus I can have more than oner, and they do sell for rather a lot.

Are you sure you haven't found any stations? Have you checked the in game encyclopeadia?
