SQUASH Mine factory keeps getting destroyed by Argon ....

Unless I'm missing something... SQUASH mine factories aren't illegal?

So why is it everytime I build one in Argon space it gets destroyed by the Argon military?

I don't see anywhere that the factory is actually illegal?

Is this a bug?

Unfortunately, Squash Mines are illegal. See the FAQ here and here.

Perhaps there is a minimum rep required. What game are you on and what is your rep with Argon?

No min / max rep required, wont help. If what it produces is ilegal (space fuel, squash mines, whatever) the factory is ilegal too. Need to build it in pirate / unknown sectors or sectors where they arent ilegal.
