Anyone else noticed that most of the ships from the Covert Operation missions are overtuned? Just got a Disco Vanguard topping at 511m/s (380m/s regular). Have to try capping one of those overtuned ships...

Oh no! I hate these missions, and now you give me a very good reason to nonetheless do them.
Since I am not sure if you can even capture those ships, I'll wait until someone actually gets one of these overtuned ships.
