Is the Boron Solar Power Plant XL model bugged after 2.1?

I ask because in my game each time I try to build one the panels do not appear and only a weird pentagonal distribution of docking bays plus the central building "floating" without connections is the thing I get.

I have tried an assorted type of stations and this is the only one missing.

Today is late, but I will try to get other SPP-XL to see if it's an isolated issue or some generalized behaviour.

My game have some scripts installed (But not any mod active)... But I have FCC, "The Marauder" and "Pirate Guild 3" which alter some stations behaviour...

Is someone in a Vanilla X3:TC experiencing the same after 2.1?
