There's only one:

Shift+E to eject
t to target damaged ship
Ctrl/RMB/Joystick 1 to fire

As in, it's built into your spacesuit.

The only reason it's listed on ships is because they have the 'Utility Laser' slot, which includes the Mobile Drilling System, Tractor Beam, and Repair Laser (despite it only being available on a spacesuit).

What about these "Repair Drones" I hear the computer talk about?

Are they real? Or are they like the Easter Bunny and the M0 Dreadnaught.

If you play a modded game you can have repair lasers. There is at least one mod that will give you repair laser factories.
