Tractor beam availability

Nice manual... errr... only problem is... there's no tractor beams in my game... checked all Paranid, all Split sectors and got that, split.... Fix this please!!

I have the same problem albalma. I really don't want to buy a 14 mil+ station just for a few pieces of equipment.
Can anyone help with ideas?

The Paranid should have a tractor beam factory in Third Redemption. It's the only place I've ever found to buy one. You can also try your in game encyclopedia, if you've found any sectors that happen to sell them, it should be listed in there.

No plant in that sector for me. All my encyclopedia lists is the station for sale.

May i suggest this goes to Spoilers? Or maybe use tags?

I cant seem to get my 'Spoiler' button to work, ill just make it black. Its below.
If your playing X3 there should be one in Third Redemption. Do they re spawn again? in TC they dont. (I know that NOW :oops: )

Sometimes, the GoD Module will destroy the TB factories. Only way then is to purchase a station from the Paranid.
