I would like to know if it is possible to hack any stations from a teladi staitions or form any teladi transports. I mean for the latter, do they get offered. Because my rep with the pirates, yaki and the dukes are just so bad, they either refuse me to land or they shoot on sight and ask questions later.
I reallly want to be on good terms with the pirate bases in omnicron layre, but they don't offer any missions. So what can i do. Shoot some argon in the sector or something?

You will only get hack missions from stations.
You can improve your yaki rep by doing kill ship missions offered by yaki fighters in other race sectors. - Quite rare.
There are some known pirate sectors in the game. Do missions for the stations in them. It is a long slog to improve your pirate rep. Try to do build missions in those sectors once the stations you build stay blue, instead of going red, you know youre getting there.
