Pirate laser towers

Hi guys I recently blew up a pirate base and it left a few laser towers still friendly to me can i get these under my control? ejecting and claiming doesn't work.

Laser towers are not ships. You can't claim them.

You could try picking them up as cargo. Just make sure the ship can handle XL freight and has good shields is case it doesn't work.

It won't work. Lasertowers can only be picked up if you already own them--if you don't, you'll just crash into them an annoy them.
