How to use tractor beam?
I installed tractor beam in back turret in my mercury,changing my view mode and trying to shoot asteroid, but when i press right click....nothing happens.
Two problems: First, an asteroid cannot be targeted with a tractor beam. Only your factories, mines or ships can be towed.
Second, while a Mercury can mount a tractor beam, it cannot shoot it. You need a ship with a laser generator with a power above 1000. I think, of the TS, only the Caimans fulfill this condition (but look whether they can actually mount the tractor beam). Most people use M6 or TL for towing mines.
