The Starburst Shockwave cannon "should" be available somewhere in Terran space but as I've not been there to explore extensively I can't say exactly where...

As for the Arrow, no. It is not available in the vanilla game.

starburst is not in vanilla game, I don't think so, the arrow was mentioned in the manual but its not in the game either..

I see the Arrow in every sector......the Mouse Arrow (pointer). :D

But to be serious neither are in a vanilla game.

I used cycrows cheat mod to add an arrow once they go at around a 1000 m/s! unfortunately at that speed the game bugs up and you can fly through stations and asteroids with out getting hurt! :lol:

Try using the supertune cheat some 5x and see what happens.
