Where to buy Tractor Beams - X3R

I recently started a new game after I had to reinstall the OS on my computer, anyway I have just got on to the Bala Gi missions again and I need a tractor beam to tow the Pontifex Yacht, but I can't find them anywhere. I'm sure as hell there used to be a TB factory in Tharka's Sun, but it ain't there, and according to the active map I'm using as a reference I should be able to get them in either Interworlds or Duke's Domain, but no-go with them either.

Anybody got any ideas?

you can get it in Interworlds EQ but it appears AFTER you found it so if you checked and didn't found the yancht yet it won't be there

They may have been removed by GOD. Tough luck. I'm afraid you'll have to build them yourself.(the paranid sell tractor beam fabs iirc) Other than the places you stated, I don't think there's anywhere else to get them.

he is the almighty in the sky...who tempers with your game unexpectecly and unantingly...in my game GOD removed the PAC complexes from the starting Argon sectors and some time i hadn't anywhere to buy them
or you can call GOD(in your game) the vanishing stations with no reasons(and ships)

Ah, I see.

Well I just checked all the Paranid shipyards and none of them sells TB factories, and I can't find one at any other shipyard either (although there are still a few sectors I haven't explored).

Anybody know which shipyard sells them?

did you check the shipyard in Paranid Prime?
and here is a map for X3R to find the fabs(that are build by NPC) or some that are floting around in space

Then make sure that the X3R Bonuspack is installed. One of the minor touches within it is to make sure that there is always an NPC TB Forge in Duke's Vision, IIRC.

I just did that mission last night for the first time. I'd just find the ship.... you get a message of what sector to go, to buy a tractor beam, after you found it.

I already had a TB at the time, so I don't really know if they just spawn into a factory's inventory or what.... but I imagine it's the best bet.
