[TC] Charging up IBLs ?

I've seen that IBLs can be charged up, do they do more damage when charged up? In TBullets all I see are size and energy (use?)

The charge info is in there. Use X3Editor 2. But they actually do less dps when charged, so only charge them for the first volley.
