Good places to try out starburst

I suggest Xenon sector 472.

I have had to sneak across it a couple of times, while sweating bullets.

You must plot a clever course through it manually or you won't make it.

I did it a Pirate Buster. Barely...

Heretics End - playing chicken with the Terran ships is great fun. Try to fly back and forth through the inert jump gate!

Or Mines of Fortune, Savage Spur, Interworlds (for the debris). Eighteen Billion can get quite hairy after a few Xenon Invasions have broken up the rocks.

Trying to fly a Starburst (at speed) in a sector filled with broken-up asteroids would be like playing Russian Roulette with an automatic weapon.. One wouldn't last long.

I had more fun flying the Starburst and/or Arrow in sectors like Wastelands, wide open spaces where you can hit SETA and watch the universe fly by without *too* much chance of impacting a solid object.

Try flying through the middle of huge stations such as the Argon S-Shipyard.

or get the Arrow, and do teh same courses
if i remember my Reunion days it has better speed and a slightly worse steering so its more challenging in some sectors like savage spur
