Laser Tower Fac. wont work? (X3R)

Hi, im kinda new at X but im loving it

Im trying to get a Laser Tower Fac.(Argon) working but it is not happening

I have a Sil+crys+SPP+BoFu+Giogas+Drone(&needs) HUD,
and im trying link that to a Laser Tower Fac.
I gave the Hud a Meatsteak Cah Fac.+Wheet+Beef and i even trough in for the secondry needs a Rimes Fact and a Weapon Component Fact.

My Hud(23 links) is working smoothly but my laser building is not running
0% of 01:34:00 hours. All my resourses are in place but the % is not running.
My Q is why? Does any1 has an answer i can work with.

If it's not building them then a required resource isn't available. Check again to see what it needs and make sure your complex provides everything.

There is a chance that you have the supplies but it needs more supplies. Example, needs 300 energy cells, but you only ever have 220 in stock (which then gets used in something else).

Also, the Laser Tower uses Ore - not Silicon Wafers.

So i believe that must cover it, any sugestions?

Thank you for all the help, it was not the Ore that was the problem, L Oremine was in place but i checked the LTfac and it need about 360 cahoonas so i found the problem thx all an delete this treat topic pls.
