Cann Flak Artillery Array be bought anywhere? It doesn't appear in the Encylopedia.

Yes they can. They're not in your Encyclopedia because you haven't found any stations that sell it yet.

Thanks all I couldn't remember from my previous game.
Xander Cade - Cluster is very different. It's random and near useless. But I believe it's improved in 2.5. (Playing 2.1 on re-start. Can't do with the boarding nerfing in 2.5)

Don't look just for FAA forges but also for "Heavy Weapon" factories or forges.
