Mouse Lag

Hi. This is not a major problem; it just makes the game more difficult than it should be, and it's a little irritating, too. When I move my mouse, there is about a quarter- to a half-second delay in the movement onscreen. I have tried lowering all graphic options to the lowest setting, and AA is off, but there is still a delay. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
