Hammerheads are only dropped as cargo, the only one that comes close is the Firestorm which can be bought.

I usually gain these from Pirates. Can't say I have a use for them, I only tend to keep about twenty on a TL....

These are drop only, but the big question should be... Why is a missile that is described as mainly used by the capital ships that defend Earth, but can't be used by Terran or ATF capitals?

Erhm... the launchers are sealed at capital ships that are sold to private investors. The Earth military isn't as dumb as the Commomwealth's?

Beluga and Hammerhead were the USC's missiles back when X-BtF was set up until, I think, shortly before the events of X3TC. It's anyone's guess why Commonwealth ships can use them though.
