locations for hyperion

I have been reading about hyperions spawning frequently in some sectors and was wondering if someone could tell me what sectors to look in

Essentially any Paranid sector, but I usually find mine on patrol in the South part of the universe. Not checked this for the Hyps, but it may be worth checking owned ships on Military bases. Works for M7s, etc...

I placed The Hub between some Paranid sectors, and waited. Sure enough, a lonely Hyperion wandered by, and something happened to him.

If you capture the ship inside the Hub sector, you'll get less of a reputation loss.

Found mine in Sacred Relic... it's a big sector so good hunting...

One of their regular patrol routes appears to be Emepror Mines to Priest's Pity and back. There will always be two in the Universe; no idea where the second one likes to go though.

Same here.

I also seem to have inherited one of its old escorts...Perseus is still homebased to it, and if I leave it with open docks, it zips right into it. Kinda funny, kinda annoying...he may get plopped in the middle of X347 and given a Launch Fighter attack. :twisted:
