Can some one tell me where is the boron scientist in aldrin...PLZ!!!

Ok I've spent an hour on this....no station with blue book icon, no special sheep listed on the map, tried fly inside the deca with 400m still no reponse...so some one plz light me how to find this boron scientist... :?
