Is there anywhere in X Universe where you can buy disruptor missile fabs. I can't find anywhere

They are not buyable, crack some Pirate and/or Xenon-Ships open to get them.

not in vanilla, but if you don't mind a "modified" tag, >>this<< script has a Shipyard that sells Disrupter Missile Fabs
