get friendly enough with em so you buy stuff from their shipyard :P :roll: .

(or you talkin bout the gamestart? cuz that dont exist anymore.)

It says its availabe in the guidebook, do I have to use a script to get it? I'm playing version 2.1.

It was never included in any release.
