Re: Repair lasers
I've seen add-ons where you can mod your game and buy them at equip docks. never used em thoakonrath2720 wrote:Where can i buy them
the only repair laser in vanilla is on your space suit
yeah, or just shove a coin in the Control key and go get a beer. Letting it recharge vs spamming it while it's at 0% doesn't seem to affect the rate a ship is repairing. I'm sure someone can point out that I'm wrong by doing some calculation or timing it. As long as it works i don't careX3Gimp wrote:Your laser reloads when you jump in a ship, so you can glitch your way past the "re charge".

There's virtually no difference in the repair rate between a charged laser and an 'empty' one. So all you're doing is wasting the amount of time it takes to jump in the ship, jump out, turn and face the ship and then fire the laser.X3Gimp wrote:Your laser reloads when you jump in a ship, so you can glitch your way past the "re charge".
Have a great idea for the current or a future game? You can post it in the [L3+] Ideas forum.
